The problem
Many Quran apps bury the text under ads, upsells and sign-up walls, or show the Arabic without its meaning. People who want to understand what they recite, memorize steadily and listen offline end up using several apps.
What we did
One reader built around meaning: the Arabic set word by word in a Quranic typeface, with translation and transliteration underneath. Translations come only from established publishers, never from machine translation, and everything is free with no ads and no account.
What Quran does
The text with its meaning
Arabic in Scheherazade New, rendered word by word, with a translation and transliteration under every ayah.
Every surah as a story
All 114 surahs retold as reflective stories. Verse cards inside a story always use the real text.
Memorize ayah by ayah
A hifz mode that hides words or shows first letters, with 3, 5 or 10 repeats.
Listen offline
Six reciters that work offline, with the current ayah highlighted as it plays.
Translations from publishers
38 translations from Quran Foundation and Tanzil editions. None are written or generated by AI.
Prayer times and a daily verse
Prayer times with Qibla, duas by theme, and an ayah for every day.
