The problem
Most quit apps cover one habit, so people with overlapping habits juggle several apps and lose their history each time. Streak counters also tend to reset to zero after a slip, which is when people need support most.
What we did
One private app that adapts to whatever someone is quitting and stays useful if that changes. A 21-day plan carries people through the first weeks, quick tools handle the moment a craving hits, and a slip is analysed calmly instead of erasing progress.
What Forge does
Any habit
Alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, gambling, sugar, scrolling, gaming, shopping, or a habit the person names themselves.
A coach with a choice of voice
Talk any time to an AI coach, firm and disciplined or calm and compassionate.
A 21-day plan
Small daily tasks through the first and hardest weeks.
Urge shield
Breathing, meditation and short workouts to ride out a craving until it passes.
Clean days and money saved
Every clean day counted, milestones marked, and a companion that evolves as the streak grows.
Relapse analysis
Journal feelings and triggers, and look back at a slip to understand the pattern, without blame.
